The first, and one of my most important influences was Ronnie James Dio whose album Holy Diver made me think "more of this, and if possible by myself". David Coverdale is also someone whose brilliant albums have deeply impressed me.

Bands I like to listen to include Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, Symphony X, Dio, Uriah Heep and other colorful bands.

Marko "Make" Ruokonen - guitar

I started guitar playing when I was 12 years old, and took formal lessons for one year. After that I learned by playing along with my favourite albums. My early influences were Albert Järvinen (Hurriganes), The Shadows, Van Halen, Motörhead, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple and Iron Maiden. Some of the musicians and bands I enjoy listening to, and who have influenced and inspired my playing/writing are Stevie Ray Vaughan, Yes, John Sykes, Ravel, Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio, Khachaturian, Saga, Journey, Holst, Vivian Campbell and Whitesnake. I have played in many bands, all kinds of music, including blues, rock, metal, pop and jazz, but of cource, heavy is close to my heart! I think that music is a raging thunderstorm followed by the clouds breaking open and the light of heaven shining through.

I begun playing piano at the age of nine. First I played classical piano for eight years after which I changed to rock bands. I've also continued my studies of music theory and took private lessons. My piano playing has been influenced for example by Jerry Lee Lewis, Robert Wells, Elton John, Whitesnake, Deep Purple and Toto.

I've played in numerous bands, including Villi Sydän, Pretoria, Green Zulu, Muska Babitzin, Kamiina and several cover bands.
